Routes were not determined for the following deliveries from plant 9030 being shipped to EMEA countries outside UK.

It was observed for the shipping point 9030, the departure zone has been assigned as HP18 0XBM (Westcott) while the delvieries were being shipped to other European countries. By assigning HP18 0XBMD (Westcott Dropship) as departure zone to the shipping point 9030, the correct routes (NECSHP) will be determined for the new documents.

For the existing deliveries with 9030 plant, the appropriate routes have to be assigned manually and for the open sales orders with 9030 plant, the routes have to be changed in MASS transaction by inputting the SO's.

Resolution

Routes have been assigned manually to the already created deliveries without route determination. Config changes was made by assigning the correct departure zone
(HP18 0XBMD) to 9030 shipping point.
